Cheese and Cranberry!
This is what I ate for Christmas dinner :)
Recipe: One pack filo pastry Cheese (brie or camembert works best) Cranberry chutney or sauce Melted butter for the pastry Rosemary sprigs for decoration (optional)
Use a brush to paint the butter between the sheets of pastry, about 6 sheets per parcel, saving some for the outside.
Place cheese in centre of pastry and top with cranberry...
